Dr. Wallace has been with Mesa Family Physicians since August 1995. He is a native of Arizona. He completed his undergraduate degree at Arizona State University receiving a Bachelors of Science in Microbiology with a minor in Family Studies. He furthered his education, attending Medical School at the University of Arizona and graduated with Honors. He completed the Family Practice Residency at Good Samaritian Hospital in Phoenix, AZ. During his residency, he trained in Sports Medicine and served as the Chandler High School team Physician for one year. After residency, Dr. Wallace was awarded a one year position as Chief Resident and also completed a Faculty Development Fellowship Program in the Department of Family and Community Medicine and the College of Medicine University of Arizona in Tucson. Dr. Wallace has done research and is published with Dr. Weinstein, MD, in the field of OB/GYN and has delivered over 100 babies. He has also completed additional training in Office Endoscopy, both Colonoscopy and EGD. Dr. Wallace has trained in plastic surgery with Dr. William Layton in Phoenix. Currently, Dr. Wallace is a Board Certified Family Physician enjoying the full breath of practice including Pediatrics, Office Surgeries, Sports Medicine, GYN, as well as, teaching and supervising medical personnel.
