| Nicole has been a nurse practitioner for MFP
since 2006. She graduated
from Purdue University with her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing in
1996. She worked in step
down intensive care and surgical units for several years.
She spent six years focusing on women’s health, labor and
delivery, pediatrics, and neonatal intensive care.
She graduated from Arizona State University with her Master’s
degree in Science (family nurse practitioner focus) in 2006.
She is nationally certified as a nurse practitioner through the
American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Nicole enjoys primary care with a focus on
women’s health and pediatrics. She works part time.
This allows her to spend more time with her two children and
her husband. She
worked as an education specialist for four years.
Nicole believes that a patient deserves as much education as
possible regarding the management and prevention of chronic illnesses.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys volunteering in her children’s
school, being team mom for her children’s sports activities, and
sewing.
